Reporters always exaggerate weather problems. Ratings are important. But the seattle reporters take it way far in to 'making shit up' territory. They were stood up at the top of my hill at 5pm yesterday, talking about how they couldn't see 5 feet in front of them, it was sticking to the road, it's going to freeze over.
By the time I got up there around 7pm, no reporters, no snow, no ice. Just really low cloud cover that gave seattle center a chance to throw up the vi symbol. The space needle is so old school it edits modally, and it's not afraid to say it.
